The Charlotte Observer reports that there is a potential three-way trade brewing between the Bobcats, the Dallas Mavericks and the Oklahoma City Thunder. The deal would reportedly involve the Bobcats getting rid of Raymond Felton and backup C Nazr Mohammed, whose contract calls for roughly $13.3 million through the 2009-10 season.
"It wouldn't be fair for me to speculate on any rumors," Bobcats general manager Rod Higgins said, as quoted by the Observer. "In the NBA, you're constantly talking to other teams. It's impossible to know if any deal would happen."
Other reports have Sean May also involved in the trade, with all three Bobcats going to Dallas. The Mavericks would reportedly give up DeSagana Diop to Charlotte, while the Thunder would send Earl Watson to Charlotte and receive Jerry Stackhouse and a future second-round draft pick.

The Charlotte Observer reports that the Golden State Warriors have spoken to the Charlotte Bobcats about the possibility of bringing Raymond Felton to the Warriors. Two possible scenarios have the Bobcats trading Felton to the Warriors in exchange for Anthony Randolph or Brandan Wright.
Bobcats GM Rod Higgins would "neither confirm nor deny" speaking with the Warriors about Felton.
If the Bobcats do not trade Felton this season, they risk losing him without getting anything in return when he becomes a free agent this summer.
